Toxicology Screening is used to determine if the patient is taking their prescribed medication.
This is a urine toxicology test that reimburses the physician for each test (depending upon CLIA Waived certification). We provide all the supplies and shipping labels. The physician's office collects the urine, completes a form and sends to the Lab. We generate the report and the physician bills the insurance carrier. Physician will be reimbursed based upon the insurance carrier. We can also do the billing if desired.
